33bhp restrictor kit

a load of bollocks
The kit will either be a carb based thing, which is mechanical and therefore a 2 hour job to change or an electrical based thing on the injected bikes.
On the injected ones, they literally swap out the unit which controls the injection, etc so the old mapping isn't even there to switch to.
Sorry but just live with 33bhp - the restriction is there for a damn good reason and you'll still be faster than almost any car.
I agree that "the restriction is there for a damn good reason".
You're only 17, and that's a cool age. 18 is pretty cool too. I've made it into my 30's, and life is still sweet. There's plenty of time for you to do damage later in life.
If you're intent on doing yourself harm whilst getting a buzz, join the army and get yourself to Afghanistan.
