bled the air out of them? long travel forks are prone to sucking a little air in, and increasing preload on forks, small seperate screw on fork top, not damping adjuster. get it on a stand or box with weight off forks and slacken screws until air hisses out, don't lose any rubber o rings. Try also setting damping adjusters in middle settings, you may have to turn all way out and count clicks in to fully in,click adjusters all way in, DO NOT keep turning when it goes tight, then click out to halfway out position, depending how many clicks there are , you may need to adjust by 3 to 5 clicks at a time to find a good setting. Be aware that some adjusters turn fully closed in anti clockwise direction! this practice holds true for both rebound and compression damping. You are looking for the suspension to move up and down fairly freely but not shoot up and down easily, should feel some resistance. Your springs may after this be ok! If not you may need the attention of a suspension specialist for at least some stuff!
Try that and come back to us!!
