If you stripped the engine then check the ignition timing, also check that you have the correct HT going to the correct cylinder.
I am not sure if this bike runs with a lost spark set-up.
More info would help in a better diagnosis
assumption is the mother of all f*** ups.
Kawasaki GPZ 500S Year?
Quick one,if your sure everything you have done is correct?then try some easy start and a new set of plugs(i know you have new plugs)sounds like you may have flooded the engine and killed the new plugs?.Try taking the plugs out, spray some easy start down each plug hole and turn the engine over on the starter(this should dry things out and help with combustion).replace with new plugs turn petrol on,no choke yet, turn the engine over on the starter while spraying short bursts of easy start into the air box(top off and filter removed)if the bike starts try keeping it going until warm, only use the choke if it wont stay running with out it.Good Luck
thanks for ur help try again tmoro weather permitting
