are shite mate, ok fer bimbling but when pushed hard they let loose spend the extra 20 quid and get some peace of mind
gonna get the pirellis
depends which maxxis tyres
I've heard the new diamond edged ones are supposed to be pretty good.
**diamond edge **
maxxis might be ok for tootling about but for more serious stuff i would go for the pirellis 12 grands worth of bike just demands it.
Had some maxxis on a gsxr and were quite happy with them, gave me plenty of grip and feedback, warmed up quick too. Only thing is, if your motorway riding a lot they tend to square off quick...Would i buy again...yes...sure kicked the ass out of the bridgestones i had
Tread on that end one rosey. Reckon you would only get a few miles out of her " />
i was thinking......
of getting the Maxxis for my next set.. from what ive read the reviews reckon they are pretty good.... and they are the chosen partner for the Chris Walker race school...
so cant be that bad!!??
" />I'd be happy to wear 'em out
3...2...1 and your back in the room rosey
Been way calamity, never been away " />
uses em and never has any problem ,
silver fox wont get any problems he hardly ever hits the red line if at all.
I just bought off e-bay 2 Pirelli Supercorsa's for the track bike...
Both used but rear for £58 and front for £30!! My kinda price for race tyres.. happy days!
one little pootle with 20 odd other bikes ain't really the place to ride like you usually do .
And believe me he didn't .
That's why he doesn't like coming out on any runs .
Have used Maxxis supermoto tyres in the past and they are very good. Maxxis sponsored the UK supermoto championship for a few years and developed some cracking tyres for lighter weight sports bikes.
A couple of weeks ago I would have said they're pretty decent but the front on my Sprint has just started to crack on the edges.
Gonna replace em with some Pilot Road 3s...
Personally I'm that crap at riding I'd be hard pressed to find the limits of Chen Shin "DitchFinders"!!
