Ducati owners, check your fork legs for cracks. My girlfrends Ducati Monster 620 has developed a crack in its fork led, running up the side from the oil seal for about 2 cm. The bike is in great condition never been ceashed or thrashed, has about 20000 miles and was bought new by her about 6 or 7 years ago, so there is no reason for this folt to happen

Yes it has been reported to her Ducati dealer, they were sent a photo via email and they sent it to Ducati. Allthough inishaly shocked and wanting to get the bike in, they seem to be draging there feet now.Somebody said this may be due to Ducati (Italy) being on holiday in July.
non lavoriamo in luglio o agosto
Italy is generally on holiday for half of July and half of August so it could be a while before Ducati gets back to you
