Are you fitting a fenda extenda?
Kawasaki ZZR 1100 C
Hi Wally, you have done it againyou haven't put what model or year your bike is againit does make a big difference what model it is,i could give you the info on a D model(as its the most commen ZZR1100)which would be wrong for your C model.
Anyway its a long time since i have removed a guard on a C model(found out it was a C model coz i asked you this question once before a long time ago)the answer is yes,you need to remove the front wheel to be able to remove the front guard as its in to halves which sandwich the fork legs, there are two i think 8mm could be 10mm bolts at the top bolting the front to the back, then four bolts holding the hole guard to the fork legs, two on one side and two on the other.Hope this helps,Good Luck
youve nailed it thank you both again.I'm not fitting a fender extenda but need to inspect fork internals and change oil ,i think the last time we communicated iwas about to do it well hopefully it will be sorted soon, once again thank you both.oh by the way C1 1990.
thank you for the help once again
