have you got a top-box fitted?
what condition are the tyres in?
If either tyre is worn out (rear tyre will go square, front wears like a threepenny bit) the handlebars will shake, and the bike will feel vague.

Welcome l***********r,could be tyre/s fitted wrong,buckled wheels.wheel bearings goosed(power washing).Steering head/ swing arm bearings.
An M.O.T./service should source it.
As suggested check your tyre pressures and wheel alignment first. It is also worth cheking your steeing head bearings.
If the symptom is an ocillation of the bars rather than a violent shaking try adding some pre-load and a touch more damping to your rear shock. Personally, I think this may be your problem.
