This might sound like a daft question but will give it a go. Is there some way of testing winter gloves in a shop so that it doesn't leave me with either sweaty palms or freezing finger tips when riding? I have four sets so far and none of them seem to fulfill what I want. Are there any good recommendations? Its the only thing that puts me off riding in winter. Thank you

But you should seriously consider heated grips, heated gloves and/or even bar muffs.
I KNOW bar muffs look crap, but winter riding isn't a fashion show, is it?
Glove Test at VISORDOWN.
smortimer77, There's a 10 winter glove survey on the above website. Check it out.
Just got a pair of oxford bone dry from ghostbikes, they're reduced at the mo I use them with silk inner gloves. I was out yesterday ( approx 5 degrees) for about 2 hours. Hands were still the right colour when I got home. Not a hint of smurf at all
been there done that
bought like 4 pairs of winter gloves this winter, and surprise the best ones so far are the cheapest Spada Junction WP.
Having said that the only way for me to stop the windchill is with muffs or good handguards.
Unless I'm wrong, which, you know, I'm not...
Oxford Bone Dry
Do these generally fit all bikes? Stupid question I know but just wanted to be sure
