Jings! That was one 'close call' !
As someone else commented -'Chariots of Fire' ?!! WTF!
Just seen this on Yahoo!
Scary stuff indeed.
Just goes to show - never take your eyes off your kids.
Though it does make you wonder if the eagle worked out that said child 'needed changing'....
On the plus side - that kid is going to have the best ever 'dinner story' to tell folk for the rest of it's life ! 'Yeah - The day I was snatched by a Golden Eagle'....... good job there is a vid 'coz otherwise no-one would believe it!
Plus..imagine being the dad if things hadn't worked out! Going home and :-
'Honey, where's the baby?'
'Well, it's like this ...we went to the park ..and ..ummm....err'
**That was **
a close shave!!! yes and il have to agree with u there kam whats with the music?? iam glad the baby was ok
as the guy said.......
"oh shit..!...." (i'm billingual.....)...Good job the baby had a padded coat on as I'm sure if it was summer..?.....doesn't bear thinking about!!!
something else to be scared of with the kids.Scary
One of the youtube posters
points out that there is no shadow for the kid, but there is for the Eagle, shopping, buggy, and parent.
A fake youtube vid? My faith in the world is shattered.
I think that Youtube poster is just one of the usual trolls that shout 'fake!' on every youtube vid ...either that or they need glasses.
I can see the kid's shadow quite clearly.
There's a still from the Daily MAil
maybe shadow is there, looks a bit thin though
something else to be scared of with the kids.Scary'
Yep..... If you are taking kids to the park you now need 'eyes in the back of your head' ..it was bad enough watching out for the peadophiles but now you need to have one eye on the skies for eagles!" />
The 'Daily Mail'.....
THE 'DAILY MAIL'........
THE 'DAILY MAIL'.......
Not the daily mail, but...
A potential debunking (check the images in the description)
I dunno, I'm still inclined to believe it's true. It's definitely possible for eagles that big to pick on largeish prey (relatively speaking - they're not going to pick on a lion or elephant) but they don't often make off with it, merely puncture or claw rendering them helpless/left4dead.
I'm split on this one.
certainly more than possible
for an eagle to take a child of that size, they are known for taking well grown lambs......and i reckon those big 'eyes' on the lads hat would have caught the birds attention.....
It's fake ...but very clever one ... Made by students at the NAD Centre...for a project in their 3D animation degree.
phew, - we can all rest easy in our beds tonight and stop worrying about eagle abduction ....just gun crime to worry about now.
fair play to them....
...should pass that module ok then!!
