Oh how sad....
RIP Kevin Ash.....
No one is innocent but some are more guilty than others,,
always a well-informed article from him.
Wonder what was being launched (and crashed)?
A huge loss to motorcycle journalism..
and motorcycling as a whole.
Often outspoken but always articulate and entertaining, you sir will be sorely missed.

Sad news indeed
Such a loss to the motorcycling world.
I hate spelling errors. You mix up two letters and your whole post is urined.
I really enjoyed his ability to make complicated engineering / design stuff understandable.
what terrible news, condolences to all friends and family
RIP KEVIN ASH
My deepest condolences to the Ash family
To all concerned... A good brother down and out!!
RIP Kevin Ash
his articles were always a good read. Not being flippant, but at least he 'died with his boots on' .
That`s a shocker.
one of the few
articulate and intelligent journos with a much broader appeal than just mcn.
After Ljk Setright the best modern m/c writer.
thats a shock
i have read and enjoyed kevins antics on MCN since i started biking ohh so many years ago..............and many a time his way of thinking made the rag worth buying..................a very sore miss for all the biking community.........Ally
kevin, he was the main reason i bought the mcn, solely for his column, outspoken? maybe but every thing he said was from the heart, he will be sadly missed, by everybody who came into contact with him either through his column or in life,
a true motorcycling icon.
condolences to his family.
what a terible shame
top articles loved reading his bit
A real loss
The guy was informed and entertaining, a good ambassador for motorcycling.
Sad and shocking news
Outspoken.... but his writing and opinions were always well informed, and precise.. a BIG loss to journalism and motorcycling...
condolences to the Ash family..
MCN do a fitting tribute for him in the paper
a bit of a shock...
no mention in todays MCN. I haven't read his bit yet today....brings it home a bit doesn't it?
