After much deliberation I have decided to submit an exit letter to my former employers stating exactly the reasons behind my departure. Since found out, one rule for me, and another rule for my replacement..even though it was classed as redundancy..?

in employment law the job had to be redundant and can't be resumed for at least 6 months, I maybe wrong
thats what i thought but the replacement was more or less hired whilst i was still employed, tbh i just wanted out of there as all the management had funny handshakes etc..i took them for a few grand though..
