if you're so hard of understanding that you don't understand that only legal immigrants can claim any sort of benefits; illegal ones tend to get dumped into equally illegal sweatshops by the organised crime gangs that bring them here in the first place.
Abu Qatada - Illegal immigrant..........
Has cost us £Million's in benefits for all his family, large home & legal aid.
Too many got head in sand, not smart.
Extract from the link below:
Deporting illegal immigrants who arrive in Britain without a visa or valid passport could be costing tax payers up to £100million a year, and an _ippr _report a few years ago concluded that it would cost £5 billion and take 20 years to remove half a million illegal immigrants and visa overstayers from the UK.
The full tale:
not sure where you found this website but the dickheads that compile such bollocks are the reason there can never be any sensible debate on immigration in the UK. Immigration, asylum and illegal immigration are all very different things. Websites like this one lumpo them all together and fuel a simplistic populist debate based on xenophbia and scapegoating.
Abu Qatada may be a shit, but he's committed no crime in the UK, the UK has no extradition treaty (yet) with Jordan for cases like this, and setting a precedent where the UK government can hand people back to a country where they face an immediate death sentance goes against everything western values are supposed to uphold.
Has committed several crimes in the uk, that is why he keeps going to jail.
Being an illegal immigrant is a crime in itself, is it not?
Breaking bail conditions is a crime.
So being an illegal immigrant how does he & his family manage to get all the benefits & legal aid?
**Abu Quatada **
was granted asylum in the UK in 1994; he is NOT an illegal immigrant.
He has been detained "indefinately" under the ATCSA, but that is a law of dubious constitutionality at best. Violation of bail conditions is only a misdemenor and isn't subject to criminal prosecution. Quatada has not been charged with anything in the UK, nor has been presented with evidence for any crime.
Ergo...there is absolutely no connection between Quatada and a debate on illegal immigration.
