Well after lot's of evaluating it ended up writing the names of about 10 bikes i wanted putting in a hat and drawing one out. Highly technical and thoroughly researched.

If it ain't fun, don't do it
than a yellow one, typical honda, form, function, and just a teensy bit staid, all the same a very nice bike, i expect ill be looking around the barn in the not to distant future for one like this, if only to enquire exactly how you like it.
Did you see my PM explanation.
Sat on one myself a few weeks ago - gorgeous bike.
Excellent choice, I wish you well with it
Nice wheels - enjoy!

Knowledge is knowing a tomato is a fruit
Wisdom is knowing not to put it in a fruit salad
bike mate , must be like a kid in a sweet shop
wtf....and you could have bought that nice GSXR1000 too(not white enough for you?)
Kindle not a fire that you cannot extinguish.
very nice bob
I really like 'em. Can't help think a top box might spoil it a bit though....
it even has chrome mudguards like what they had when I was a youth.Did you know it's white?I only ask 'cause people keep telling me my bike is yellow, perhaps thinking I hadn't noticed.
TOP BOXno no no no no spoil the looks completely.
Another white bike.... " />" />" />
"If i need the Moon, ill bring it down myself"...
my kind of bike but nice none the less.
nice bike bob ,out of interest what were your the other 9 choices?
Ok to say a top box would spoil the looks. I appreciate your opinions. BUT, the bike will be used mostly in Spain. I hate carrying my "stuff", to dump it in the box and go walkabouts freely, for me is what it is all about. Don't give a toss if it spoils the looks. And it takes seconds to remove it.
It really did my head in choosing.
I looked at so many.
I was kidding myself thinking could i go back to a sports type bike so stopped looking at them.
Then it was big cruisers like the Victories but thought too much like my Goldwing.
Then looked at the new BMW GS range 1200,800 but the ones i liked i would have needed a ladder to get on the flippin things.
So turned retro, could have gone the Triumph route, however, i took the Goldwing for a service and remembered the new CB 1100. The guy's at Robinson's of Rochdale are ok guy's. They tell me only 180 of the CB 1100s have been imported to UK. I liked the look of them, only choice was a Red or a White one, not much debate there.
Collect the bike Sat (don't believe it will be ready today) Happy.
noiwt wrong with a white
bikeIt's very smart and you don't always need the top box on .
