Fancy a brew?
there is ....little love in my life...... that's why i'm sad...........
cheers up ya
there, proper tough love helps !!
cant help with your love life snev, but i hope everything works out for ya.
Fancy a brew?
Ever since my OH got her "Leg Over".....I have had to stay at home looking after the kids and doing all the things that she ......never really did ............... it's been quite cool really...... no nagging, no moaning..........
snev(and anyone else)..
why do you feel the need for a bike like the ZZR1400, with such huge performance that to be honest very rarely, in fact probably never gets used on our cluttered, speed camera ridden, unmarked police car festooned roads? Use anywhere near it's full potential and get caught you'll end up getting your arsehole reamed in prison and a lengthy ban. Surely a smaller less powerful bike that is massive fun to ride makes more sense? Is it some macho thing? Not being funny, just trying to understand why people buy these bikes.
Each to their own I guess......
Thinking about it though.....
I have been riding Sports Tourers since the mid Eighties....... I guess it's because they are a great combination of Comfort, Speed, Handling and Economy........ I find Lots of places to enjoy it all and love the Thrill of the Acceleration .....This Macho/Small Penis thing..... that some people like to mention, is a little bit odd really.....I just like Having Fun as I do on any Bike including the Incredible MT09......which is Smaller and Less Powerful..... I'm Taking that bike on a five day trip of about 800 miles on Wednesday. Then when I get back, I'll be picking up the ZZR1400...Then I'm going to Fit a Full Yoshimura 4 into 1 R77 carbon System Power commander 5....Filter, Velocity Stacks and get it set up at Crescent........... Hoping for a true rear wheel.... 205 bhp
a macho thing then!! Fair enough, as you say each to their own. Never felt the need to enhance my masculinity and am comfortable with who I am.
"Its a Macho thing then"
If that's want you want to believe then that's fine CB...... Personally I don't see it that way........Riding bikes is a huge Thrill, Riding Really fast Bikes is an even Greater thrill....that's all..........I also ride my over half's CBR125 It's fun Too........ oh and a boring Volvo car and a bunch of Boring Vans.......as far as I'm aware my Penis remains the same size." />
If you change your mind, or it's changed for you remember my T-Max is for sale
Oh by the way, can i have a go if/when you get it
Yes Bob...you certainly can
Just leave me the Porsche, until you return........
well Mr BB's
ZZR 1400 is up for sale,
He bought it for 2 up touring . Went out on it yesterday and honestly the thing is a missile.
It didn't have any wow factor either. It got up to warp speeds stupidly quickly without even registering.
He felt it wasn't fun and one or both of the following would happen sooner rather than later: Lose licence very quickly or lose life (mine, his or both) a bit later
So Snev if you are getting one hope your riding skills are excellent at high speeds. Mr BB is /was a fast group track dayer and he felt the swift rate this machine gets to silly speeds is too quick for the roads now
PS read MCN reviews
"if you like going everywhere at 150mph then it's great" and don't forget these are restricted, dread to think if any one has one that isn't
It's replacing the second of my two Hayabusa's which I have ridden on the roads over the last 7 years and 80000 miles or so........ not too big a difference in power, Weight or Acceleration, so a pretty similar experience I Reckon.
I also had one of the Original ZZR1400s when they first came out, it was not quite as Quick as the Gen 2 Busa that I bought in October of 2007......I'm looking forward to owning this new machine which is a 50th Birthday Present.... It sure beats sitting around waiting for my lungs to stop working.
I'm nothing against it
just our roads aren't accommodating enough, so plenty of power but nowhere to use it ,
Tank range is good though
BB I seem to remember that
Mr BB took a while looking around at a few other Bikes before choosing the Z......... What is he thinking about getting next ?......I have looked at all sorts of different bikes including the Triumph Trophy, FJR1300, Ducati Multistrada, KTM 1290, Z1000SX and a whole host of others I was also keen on the new VFR800 but it seamed to be a bit expensive when you compare it to more powerful Bikes like the Z1000SX......... hell even my MT is more powerful and nearly £4000 cheaper.
The ZZR1400 comes with a lot of interesting bits including ABS and Traction Control as standard ........Job Done
Restriction of top Speed is no new thing ....lots of bikes are governed.......... even my MT is...... or so I have read..... I have never Bought any Bike for Top Speed, to be Honest with you, it's more about the Thrill of the acceleration as I mentioned earlier......
specifically 2 up touring and nothing else, it's just a bit of an animal to do that. Apart from the tank range it doesn't fit the bill.
He didn't test ride before as he didn't have a licence (not down to motor related offence)
The blackbird was the best but not to many out there that aren't high mileage and high price.
What is there left. CB1000r possibly , not sure really
Sports bike is easy , so many to choose from but this is becoming a nightmare when you don't want full on touring and adventure style
Kindle not a fire that you cannot extinguish.
I'm nothing against it
It didn't have any wow factor
He felt it wasn't fun
make your mind up spoilt brat
as for the rest of your reply's your grasp of the English language is at best shocking !!!
waste of money ( your education was ) .
wide open till you see god ... THEN brake
