Just discovered what remains of my tax disc holder, an aluminium washer shaped jagged piece held on by the pillion footrest bolt.
So my tax disc/holder is some where in the Northumbrian national park or the Scottish borders.
So I went online to get a replacement tax disc only to find it will cost me £47.00. As there is only 6 weeks left on the "lost disc" and I can get a new tax disc for six months for nearly the same price I will not bother.
The dvla want £40 admin and £7.00 for the coffee machine.
Rip of Britain.
